What do I need to get started?
The full names of your parents and grandparents, with their birth dates and places if you know them. Five minutes is enough.
How far back can you go?
As far as the records allow. Registers from the last hundred years are usually private, so your parents' and grandparents' details are our starting point. From there we follow the public registers back, one generation at a time.
How do I know it's really my family?
Every ancestor in your tree links to the original record we found, with the names, dates and places that connect them to the next generation. You can check each step yourself.
How long does it take?
The research takes a few hours once you've sent us your details. We email you as soon as your family story is ready.
What if you can't find anything?
Then you pay nothing. If we can't find your ancestors in the records, your payment is refunded in full.
